Overview

Some departments and programs have the need to coordinate membership enrollment of large numbers of students related to such activities as student chapters or class activities. As a result, student membership registration can be complicated. The primary issues often involve university financial policies and difficulty in collecting checks and similar logistics. To facilitate this process, the society has developed the “Academic Partnership Program” to simplify larger volumes of student membership registrations and related funds management. The primary goals for this program are to help with the administrative burden at the local university and facilitate the member registration process for students to join ASEM.

How It Works

1. Sign up quickly below, with fixed fee.
2. Send ASEM World Headquarters a list of eligible members.
3. ASEM will send a welcome letter to each participant, introducing each benefit.

Program Details

Based on the needs of programs of various sizes, four partnership levels have been developed, to allow flexibility in supporting student members.

Program Operational Steps

1. Join this program for 12 months from the time of sign up, or when the partner wants it to begin. 
2. The AP Advisor provides a list of eligible students to ASEM World Headquarters. (More names can added as needed.)
3. Each academic partnership principal contact receives Bundle Administrator privileges allowing them to view student listing through their membership.
